"Space Age"

Space Age is an exploration of how shadows and light craft visual echoes of the boundless mysteries of outer space. Inspired by an enduring fascination with the cosmos and a deeply intertwined faith in Jesus Christ, I explore how these elemental forces can evoke the profound and enigmatic beauty of distant galaxies and celestial phenomena. The vast, uncharted universe mirrors the infinite nature of God’s creation and the boundless love He has for us! By manipulating light and shadow, I aim to mimic the surreal landscapes and ethereal qualities of space, transforming everyday scenes into otherworldly vistas. Each photograph becomes a portal to an imagined universe, inviting viewers to embark on a visual and spiritual journey through personal cosmos, blurring the lines between reality and the infinite unknown. Growing up, my Dad and I loved learning about outer space (a hobby we enjoy together to this day!), so this project is dedicated to him.
